At Apex Muscle Gear Lab, we stand by the quality of our performance gear. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we make returns and refunds quick and easy. Whether your item didn’t fit, arrived damaged, or didn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Must include original tags, labels, and any accessories

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

  • Opened supplements or nutrition products (for hygiene reasons)

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for the return (optional but helpful)

  • Photo proof if the item is damaged or defective

We will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and shipping address.

3. Refunds Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end

  • If you paid using a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem!

We offer free exchanges on eligible apparel and gear within 30 days. Just contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help you place a new order and return the original.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging

  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  3. We’ll prioritize your case and offer a replacement or full refund—no hassle

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again

  • Contact your payment provider (processing may take a few days)

  • If still unresolved, email us at [email protected]

7. International Returns

We currently accept returns from most international orders. However:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective

  • Customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable
